Tray No 15 - Red Zircon
These Red Zircon rough gems are from a find in Tanzania. While they look dark, they can be cut as they are for a deep red stone, or heated over your alchol lamp after cutting. Heating can produce a bright red stone, or with further heating a pink stone. Just be careful not to over heat, it's better to underheat, and heat a second time. These stones are all well shaped for high yield, and graded AAA for clarity.
